COOPLAG Gardens stands as a landmark achievement in COOPLAG's real estate development journey, delivering 168 thoughtfully designed homes that continue to provide comfort, security, and lasting value. Today, it stands as a vibrant community and a testament to our commitment to quality living.

The COOPLAG Gardens project commenced in 2015 and was successfully completed and commissioned in 2017 by the Federal Director of Cooperatives.

The development features top-class infrastructure and modern estate facilities. The estate is fully occupied, with families living peacefully within the community. The access road leading into the estate was constructed through the contribution and support of the subscribers.

COOPLAG Gardens represents the first major estate development project undertaken by COOPLAG and is wholly owned by the cooperative. Executed by Ledgrande Development Company.
