How do I register?Registration is simple — sign up online and follow the prompts to provide the required information. Once you submit your application, our onboarding team will verify and process it, and your savings deduction will commence in the next available payroll cycle. You'll be welcomed as a full COOPLAG member, with access to our complete range of products and services, once your first contribution is received from the payroll team.

COOPLAG operates under the Federal Department of Cooperatives and follows established governance structures, transparent financial management, internal controls, and statutory regulations. -
What savings plans are available?COOPLAG offers two main savings options:
Regular Savings ? a recurring, ongoing savings contribution
Special Savings / Fixed Deposit — a structured option for members looking to earn interest periodically and grow their savings over a set period
Each plan is designed to help you achieve different financial goals, so you can choose what fits your needs best. -
Can I Withdraw My Savings Anytime?Yes. Members can withdraw funds from their savings account at any time, subject to COOPLAG's savings policies and the terms governing the specific savings product.
Please note that:
Savings withdrawals are limited to a maximum of four (4) times within a fiscal year.
Members may withdraw up to the allowable percentage of their unencumbered savings balance, in line with COOPLAG's prevailing policy.
All withdrawals are subject to the cooperative's rules, procedures, and applicable conditions.
This structure helps members maintain a disciplined savings culture while still providing access to funds when needed. -
What is Fixed Deposit?Fixed Deposit/Special Savings enables members to invest funds for a selected period while earning competitive returns with flexible tenures.

How do I reset my password?Follow these simple steps:
1. Click Member Login on the homepage
2. Click Forgot Password on the login page
3. Enter your registered email address, then click Send Code
4. Check your email inbox for the code, then copy or type it in to proceed
5. Once verified, you'll be prompted to enter and confirm your new password. Your password must follow our complex password policy: 8–14 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
6. Log in with your newly set password -
